To celebrate World Postal Day, students embarked on an exciting visit to the local post office, connecting their classroom lessons on community helpers with a real-world experience. For many, it was their first bus ride with friends, making the day even more special.
At the post office, the Post Master introduced the children to postcards, stamps, and the process of mailing letters. Students learned about colour schemes, postage, and how letters travel, bringing the workings of the postal system to life. The highlight of the visit was posting their Deepavali postcards for their parents, experiencing firsthand the joy of sending and sharing messages.
